This announcement comes after months of talks between the two. This newly formed partnership will allow all parties to better serve their respective client base and grow together, enabling the two companies to completely merge by the end of 2009. This positive news comes on the heels of a large contraction in the Scrapbooking Industry over the past 18 months.

ScrapbookingTop50's concept was developed by Dan Summers in 1997. It took five years to perfect his idea of a ranking program to track and rank newly formed Scrapbooking sites on a daily basis. This allowed new eCommerce sites to get recognized on leading search engines throughout the world. ScrapbookingTop50 currently tracks over 30 million page views a day for the top tier Scrapbooking and Stamping websites in over 17 countries.
