This announcement comes after months of talks between the two. This newly formed partnership will allow all parties to better serve their respective client base and grow together, enabling the two companies to completely merge by the end of 2009. This positive news comes on the heels of a large contraction in the Scrapbooking Industry over the past 18 months.
